When will my order be ready?
Everything is made to order, so we order stock once a week and make each batch together. Here's how an order placed by midnight on Wednesday would work.

Standard UK Delivery
2 to 3 working days
Sent with Royal Mail Tracked 48, so you can follow your parcel all the way to your door.

Sent with Royal Mail Tracked 24. Most parcels arrive the next working day.

Next Working Day Delivery
Guaranteed by 1pm
Sent with Royal Mail Special Delivery. Signed for on arrival, with cover up to £750 if anything goes wrong.

Good to know
- Orders need to be placed and paid for by midnight on Wednesday to go into the following week's production.
- Next working day means Monday to Friday, so an order posted on a Friday arrives on Monday.
- Orders over 20kg can choose Large Order Delivery at checkout. It takes 1 to 2 working days and costs £33.50 for orders up to 40kg. For anything heavier we'll be in touch to arrange the best way to get it to you.
